High-voltage MOSFETs, synchronous rectifiers, and protection for AC-DC and DC-DC supplies
Magnias's MOSFET portfolio spans the primary-side high-voltage devices (650V class in TO-220F and TO-252) needed for flyback / LLC topologies, and the secondary-side synchronous rectifiers (60V / 100V / 150V in PDFN5060 SO-8FL) used in DC-DC and SR stages. Combined with our Schottky and fast-recovery rectifier lineup, customers can build a complete switching-PSU bill of materials from a single source. The same parts target fast-charge USB-PD adapters, server / merchant-power supplies, LED drivers, and industrial DIN-rail converters.
