• Session data: When you log in, we generate a session identifier stored as a browser cookie (mg_session) to maintain your authenticated state. This is a functional cookie required for the login system to operate — it is not used for tracking or advertising.
• Activity logs: For authenticated users, we log datasheet requests, document views, and inquiry submissions to provide your account dashboard.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.
• We do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics.
• We do not track your browsing behavior across other websites.

• Hosting: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's infrastructure is distributed globally and is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Database: Account and activity data is stored in MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Session storage: Session tokens are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a globally distributed key-value store.
• Email delivery: Transactional emails (login verification codes) are sent via Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Only your email address is shared with Resend for the purpose of delivering these messages.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, session storage), MongoDB Atlas (database), and Resend (email delivery), solely to operate our website.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request.

7. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Session tokens expire after 30 days and are automatically deleted.
• Contact form submissions are retained indefinitely for business correspondence records.
