With the growing global awareness of environmental protection, Magnias has been promoting an environmental policy compliant with the EU Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive since its inception. We are committed to providing environmentally friendly electronic components. Understanding the potential threats that hazardous substances pose to the ecosystem and human health, we continuously improve our supply chain management and production processes to ensure that our products are free from any restricted hazardous substances.

Our Commitment

Magnias strictly adheres to the EU Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive, ensuring that all products are free from hazardous substances such as lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), and polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs). Since our inception, we have fully implemented this policy, and all electronic components and products undergo rigorous testing and verification to meet the environmental standards set by the EU RoHS Directive. We are committed to providing high-quality products that comply with environmental requirements, minimizing the impact on the environment and human health.

Exemptions

According to the RoHS Directive, certain products may use high melting temperature lead-based solder (with lead content exceeding 85%) during the manufacturing process, which is covered under the exemptions provided in the directive. Our diode products that comply with this special exemption are still eligible for safe sale in the EU market. We will continue to ensure that all exempted cases meet the compliance requirements of the RoHS Directive and do not pose a negative impact on the environment or human health.

Green Products and Quality Assurance

To ensure the highest environmental standards, all products sold by Magnias are inspected and tested by internationally recognized certification bodies such as SGS. We conduct regular annual inspections and verifications for all products, making adjustments based on the latest regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with RoHS standards.
