RoHS Compliance Declaration
This symbol indicates that our products comply with the EU RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive 2011/65/EU, as amended by Directive 2015/863/EU. To the best of our knowledge, these products meet the requirements outlined in the Directive and utilize the exemptions provided under RoHS 7(a) (lead in high melting temperature type solders) or 7(c)-I (lead in glass or ceramic other than dielectric ceramic in capacitors). However, please note that we cannot guarantee that third-party products incorporating Magnias components will also comply with EU RoHS. Additionally, this symbol signifies that our products are compliant with the Chinese ACPEIP (Administration on the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products), commonly known as “China RoHS.” Based on our best knowledge, these products meet the requirements of both regulations without the use of any exemptions. However, please be aware that we cannot ensure compliance of third-party products containing Magnias components with both EU and/or China RoHS standards.
Halogen-Free Declaration
To meet Magnias’s halogen-free definition, a product must not contain any intentionally added chlorine, bromine, or antimony oxides. Additionally, the combined total of chlorine and bromine must not exceed 900 ppm (1500 ppm for glass diodes), and antimony oxides must not exceed 900 ppm at the homogeneous material level. We are committed to ensuring that all halogen-free products adhere to these standards to provide environmentally friendly solutions that meet our customers’ environmental requirements.
